Relevant opportunity for a dynamic person to join a cable manufacturing company located in Anaheim, CA. as Quality Assurance Supervisor. The primary functions of the QA Supervisor are: a) participate into the Quoting/NPI processes to assure compliance of customer’s requirements; b) support, develop, implement and maintain corresponding testing methods to assure the compliance; c) analyze levels and trends of external quality to address projects of improvement; d) provide technical support to the customers and keep communication as required to for improvement and quality issues matters; e) support the QA Engineering Change Order implementation if required; f) develop training material and provide training in relation with Quality Assurance as well Quality Control functions as required; g) supporting the training program of QA Engineers and QA Technicians, including mentoring along QA Manager; h) support documental requirements (i.e. CoCs, Functional Test Reports, etc.) per customer needs, and i) address the quality rejections and complaints from customers, thru the analysis of the issues reported, the implementation of containment actions, determination of disposition and the coordination and execution of RCCA to avoid recurrence, involving all parties required.
