Quality Program
Our overall quality program is based on AS9100:2016 / ISO 9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, ISO14001:2015, NADCAP AC7121. Our management system is the same in all our locations allowing the Company to comply with many industry’s requirements, therefore consistently delivering high quality products. However, some specific certifications are for particular sites:
- AS9100:2016 / ISO9001:2015 (Technically Equivalent to EN 9100:2016 and JISQ 9100:216) (All sites)
- ISO13485:2016 (Mexico site)
- ISO14001:2015 (excluding Malaysia site)
- NADCAP AC7121 for Electronics - Cable and Harness Assemblies (Mexico Site)
- Our operators are internally trained and certified to meet the requirements of the standards.
- Our products are rigorously tested; quality checks are built into the process of production and all finished assemblies are 100% tested and inspected.

Functional
Testing
Includes pull test and measurement of crimped contacts and for cables are continuity, insulation, impedance, resistance, and Hi-pot. Each assembly is 100% electrically tested. We use only the highest quality test equipment and custom test fixtures for each assembly. Test setups vary in design from simple circuit-completion test lights/buzz to the state-of-the-art computer-controlled testers and multi-circuit stand alone testers with proof of test printout. Test and measuring equipment is calibrated by an outside source traceable to N.I.S.T.

We subject components and assemblies to a battery of tests that assess their resilience against environmental factors, wear and tear, and various stressors, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
