Lead full-cycle recruiting (priority focus) from job posting through onboarding
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, compliance, and HRIS updates
Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, attendance, hiring metrics) to support decision-making
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to drive morale and retention
Assist employees with benefits questions and support open enrollment
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Assist with payroll and timekeeping, including audits and attendance tracking
Maintain compliance with California labor laws and company policies
Provide general HR support, helping resolve employee inquiries and supporting a positive work environment

2–4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)
Working knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with HR systems (Paylocity or similar HRIS preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Compensation: $22–$24/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
